Who knew. This is a real shocker. The common perception is that the Chinese are the world’s biggest gamblers. They are not. And in this country – not the U.S. – gambling losses total a whopping $18.4 (U.S.) billion.
Tubby time is fine and monkeys in Japan have copied us humans – there is nothing like a good long soak and this video shows all. Awww.

B.C. doctors are costing taxpayers millions of dollars by double billing, a practice that has been going on for some time.
And now the government has had enough.
It is imposing new stringent policies and it is hurting doctors in the pocketbook big time.

The issue dates back to last year when doctors were forced to repay $21 million.

For more than 20 years he produced feature stories, comedy specials and documentaries.
His foraging abilities to uncover great, unique and fascinating human interest stories garnered him more than a dozen provincial, national and international awards, the most prestigious being the international Edward R. Murrow award for writing.
Three years ago Dave was given a lifetime achievement award by the RTNDA, Canada’s national association for electronic journalists.
