And it all started off with making homemade beer with a friend.
And then it progressed to wine with the same friend.
Wine that won awards for both Sam and his friend.
Today Sam is super busy.
Even his friends remark how he often is not available – given that the world wine is a whirlwind of endless activity.
Sam has offered wine education and appreciation courses for Pacific Breeze Winery, Capilano University, Eden West Fine Foods, Coquitlam and Richmond School Districts Continuing Education departments, the VAWA, the BCAWA as well as for various private functions. In addition, he trains staff and offers cellar evaluations.
