Trump White House shocking revelations are in an explosive new book.
The author is Bob Woodward of Watergate fame.
Woodward’s latest book – Fear: Trump in the White House – details a dysfunctional, out-of-control, vicious Trump.
Woodward was the co-author of All The President’s Men.
It was instrumental in the resignation of President Richard Nixon.
The revelations in Woodward’s book are shocking.
They show Trump as a chaotic, ruthless, out-of-touch president.
And that portrait is echoed by Trump’s senior cabinet members and aides.
Trump White House Shocking Revelations
Here are some comments about Trump.
Chief of staff John Kelly calls Trump an “idiot” and “unhinged”.
Defense Secretary James Mattis says Trump has the understanding of “a fifth or sixth grader.”
And Trump’s former personal lawyer John Dowd calls Trump “a fucking liar.”
And he tells Trump he would end up in an “orange jump suit” if he testified to special counsel Robert Mueller.
The day after being so blunt about Trump Dowd resigns.
Trump refers to Attorney-General Jeff Sessions as “mentally retarded.”
“He’s (Trump) an idiot. It’s pointless to try to convince him of anything. He’s gone off the rails. We’re in crazytown,” Kelly tells White House staffers.
“I don’t even know why any of us are here. This is the worst job I’ve ever had.”
Former staff secretary Rob Porter says:
“A third of my job was trying to react to some of the really dangerous ideas that he had and try to give him reasons to believe that maybe they weren’t such good ideas.”
The Woodward book – 448 pages – provides an unprecedented look at the inner workings of the White House through Trump’s inner circle.
All of this should come as no surprise.
Trump has a history of being vicious to people.
